1) I received an email on 11/13/17 that a refund was issued in the amount of $266.99.
2) It was stated in the email that it takes 3 business days to appear on the credit card.
3) By that logic, it should have appeared not later than Thursday 11/16/17.
4) In the "pending" charges on the credit card...there is a $6.95 charge for the return.
5) I have called CS...and sent emails...quick to apply a charge to CC...slow to refund
6) On 11/18/17...I sent yet another email concerning this issue...no answer...totally ignored.
7) Next step..call the bank...dispute
8) A sad state of affairs

I have been told that a credit card refund could take one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement. I suggest you call your bank, the issue is not always with QVC

Believe me,it is QVC and NOT your bank. That is the way the Q works refunds!
BTW....
I wonder if everyone knows the Q sets aside the full item price from your credit card even when you use easypay. So if you use EP and are on a tight budget, remember they have claimed the FULL price from your card even though you only need to pay back the easy pay instalment monthly.
You will not see this on your bill ,but this is what they do. Many have gotten in big trouble with this.My DD was one of them.

@artisto I wouldn't file a dispute as it will take even longer to get your money.
Recently, I had to file a dispute. The bank now requires everything in writing so they had to send me the paperwork (took almost 2 weeks), I fill it out, then mail it back and then they have 90 days to do their thing before contacting you either way. The company had refunded my money to my card before I ever received the paperwork from the bank.
So give it time. At least 2 weeks or 1 billing cycle before filing, just in case.
FYI: If you see "refund issued" under your account on QVC.com, know that it can take at least a week before that refund hits your QVC card as well. In addition, if they choose to "audit" the refund (they pull them at random to see if things are being done correctly), that can hold it up for another week or so. I had to wait almost a MONTH because of a glitch with the auditing system. As someone mentioned, every card I have/had as stated 1-2 billing cycles BEFORE it shows on your card as a credit. So, you have to wait.

1) Well...I did file a dispute today
2) The purchase was not on easy pay
3) I know that disputes can go on & on...but now this issue
is between the bank & QVC.
4) Thanks to all you folks for your input...much appreciated!!
