I purchased the MicrodermMD Microdermabrasion System w/ Body Tip, Filters & Serum (A391063) in March 2021. This was a $265 purchase. The first package arrived without the serum and no Precision Diamond tip as shown in the pictures. I went back to reread the product description and realized that the Precision Diamond tip is NOT listed as one of the items included but it's shown in the pictures. Ther serum, however, IS included but never came with the kit. I ended up purchasing a replacement to see if the serum would be in the second delivery but NO it was not. I am very disappointed and will be returning both to QVC. I will take my business to Costco and purchase the same product there. Bad on QVC for false advertising practices.

They are GREAT at handling these problems. Give them all of your info and state the problem. They are very prompt in responding.
