Memorial day clearance sale - HA!

I clicked on the banner on the homepage to shop all clearance and get 4 easy pays. Found something to buy - a pretty blouse. But it wouldn't let me apply the EP - so I called a representative and she couldn't apply it either.  Tried customer service - they just cut me off.

As a long time QVC customer; I'll say this, simply put; their clearance sales are always a  BIG JOKE!!!!.. Sometimes, they are the original intro price & then they label it clearance.. Very, very, very rarely I've gotten a bargain from QVC..  I've written to them many times, & I must say they do respond to your feedback comment..
