On March 2 I placed a waitlist order for Adi Paz Earrings.
Generally QVC would notify customers as so much time has passed and if I would still be interested in having the item shipped. Got an email that they shipped yesterday.
Had I known I would have cancelled the order as they were a gift and well past the 45 days.
Now I need to pay return fees. Not right in my mind.

When I decide I do not want a waitlist order I cancel it before it ships!
(By the way, when you create a waitilist order it frequently tells you the item will be automatically shipped)

Agree. BUT the 45 days are up.

Contact QVCSocialTeam@ QVC.com by email, giving them your order info, they're very good at solving CS issues and pretty quick to respond.
SInce it was past the 45 days, I bet you won't have to pay the return charge.

@Pawslover My apologies that the waitlist shipped beyond the 45 days given, I will note the order to waive return fee for you.

Thanks I had checked spam and nothing. The only email I received was that the item shipped yesterday - thus too late to cancel.
