And now many thanks to Mod @Beth-QVC for her very quick response and always courteous resolution of my latest QVC issue.

I hope QVC corporate appreciates what a great job the Social Team does providing Customer Service, especially during a pandemic when nerves are frazzled and customers probably aren't at their best.
