That is fine if you have the item number, but if you can't search the site, calling in our order is not an option.

 

Yesterday I was trying to do a search for certain items, but I just kept getting an error message, as did many others.   Now free shipping is over, so I'm not going to bother searching for what I wanted.

the search feature was not working, the links to brands were not working, the links on the homepage for categories were not working, PLUS i like to get my rebates and save a bit extra so i never call in my orders.

 

i ordered a few things earlier in the day and then wanted to order a few more items and cound not.

@rms1954- No, we're seriously suggesting that QVC's system is outdated and unable to handle the load, when an event like this is offered.  And it's been like this for years.  There's no excuse for a company this large not to have taken steps to upgrade its servers by now.  AND get some I.T. staff who can handle the upgrade.
