MY ORDER IN PROCESS MODE FOR A WEEK.

 

 

 

 

hi my name is Juana I have been a qvc customer for many years ,and ...this year on 5/16/16 place a order like a week ago and it still in the process mode on the 5/18/16 it say to call customer service for some question on my order I did that on the 5/18/16 and spoke to one of the c s rep and answer all the question she ask and was toll someone will call you ,got no call ,and I call aging on the 5/20/16 and spoke to a c s called Brenda and also answer all question again and was toll again someone will call me from finance to conferred all question but still no call, it all starter just because I change my address and update my credit card information and place my order.my question does it take a week and one day to check on some info. this how you treat a customer that being shopping for years with you
