@LTT1

Based on other threads posted in Customer Care, it seems to be a problem on some "long term" threads, but it's hit or miss.  I think they're supposed to fix this after the weekend, but I don't know if others get that same exact message on other threads.  Bizarre.

           @lolakimono and @LTT1,  This is affecting numerous threads and was reported yesterday on this "Customer Care" thread, "Can't access hockey thread under sports...." (thread link:  http://community.qvc.com/t5/Customer-Care/Can-t-access-hockey-thread-under-sports/m-p/2803657#M1637)...

           I also sent a detailed email message to the Q Team.    Starting yesterday morning, many posters noticed major glitches on the site resulting in iPad/iPhone users not being able to edit posts, or use the formatting features, and in some cases not being able to quote a post.   Also, the "heart" feature started showing up as a "thumbs up" icon (and if you click it too many times, it "un-hearts" the post.

          As a result of the problems,  @Community_Team posted a thread saying they're aware of all the problems but they probably won't be fixed until early next week.   I think they should be able to attend to them sooner than that...  but at the least they should post an announcement at the top of all the pages to let everyone know.    With their message hidden, posters will continue to think only they have a problem or will keep reporting the problems the moderators already are aware of.

Hello Everyone,

We are aware of the issues in the forums today and are taking the necessary steps to resolve them. However, we do not think the issues will be resolved until early next week. We certainly appreciate you alerting us to these issues and thank you for your patience while we work to get them resolved as quickly as possible.
