I also thought it was strange, but since homebound I have started reading more and it is VERY common for all types of CSR questions.  Now that so many of them are working from homne, I would imagine taking care of them through this forum is very helpfull.  Smiley Happy

It isn't inappropriate here but I always email the social team for this type of request so I can give them the order number which I would never post publicly.
