MODS can you please help me.

On Sat. 11..2.19 @ 11;00 am, my husband Bernie ordered the TSV Josie Maran super mega argan favorites for me as a gift on his Visa card. I have been trying to track information to see where order status is. I cant find any information on my status or entering as new member.  Can you research and let me know status of this order?

The order has shipped 11/4, it is currently in your area.  It should be delivered tomorrow or possibly Saturday.

Susan-QVC, can you please help some of us who have orders that have been in process for over 2 weeks? Calling CS isnt much help.
