I placed an order 3 weeks ago for the Valerie Parr Hill clear lotus candle holders (2 holders). It has been stuck in process forever. There must be a way to check and get this order shipped out. Please - its a gift!
I received two automated emails saying it was in process. I already know that. Please check on the status and see if it can get shipped asap.

Hi @Effie54 I checked your order and it is an Advanced Sale Item which should ship on 9/15 with an estimated delivery date of 9/23.

Not the candle rings; We are in advanced order. I am speaking about the lotus candle holders item H221860. The last 4 digits of the order number are 1704. The order date was 8/22. Can you please check on why it is stuck in process....please??!
