Long story short...
same thing happened to me on ShopHQ website back a couple of months.
I ordered on s Sunday and proceeded with the order anyway ... took a screenshot to keep as proof of my time of ordering and the discount that was applicable.
Called CS on Monday and they made it right for me.
So you might just call CS

called cs and was told several people are having the same problem. the rep said to wait for the order status to update. tried to order again and when I put the discount in said already used.

Just an update: Still having the same problem. Called customer service and they experience the same issue and cannot adjust the pricing. The rep I spoke with said she thinks they may have coded the discount for a single item, so the system is trying to split the discount to be "helpful" instead of giving 15% off the total. Grrrrr.
FINAL UPDATE: I didn't want to miss out on my items, so I placed the order anyway and then reached out to the social team via email to see what help they could offer. When my order ships, I'll be able to contact them again and have them credit the rest of the discount to my order. As always, huge thanks to this extraordinary team!
