  I asked for a supervisor call back and they said it will be in four hours. Customer service has just screwed up my easy pays AND my credit card. 

 

I requested that they process two easy pays for $4.40 each - one for July and one for August. Instead the guy processed ALL of my July easy pays on that card. I need to have those charges reversed as I use a different card to pay them. 

 

I called led customer service and they said it will take 3 days to process.
