MODS PLEASE ASSIST ME

[ Edited ]

I am unable to reach customer service and for some reason I am not even able to send an email on the website. regarding my problem a nd the chat feature is so backed up there weere 50 people in front of me.

It is regarding - Item A254513.   I received an email saying my return was received but I was only given credit for 11 cents.  The item was origijnally shipped with free shipping and I returned it my own way with my own postage.  Surely I deserve more than an 11 cent refund.   Since I am unable to contact customer service via phone and now email, can you please check on this refund for me. Thank you

Yeah--I returned 2 different times using my own money to ship, because it was cheaper, and I was not refunded their shipping costs.  Good luck!!

Hi @Teddixat I checked your order and you were refunded for the one Easy Pay charged minus the $6.95 for the prepaid label. The refund is correct. I hope this information helps.

She said in her OP that she did NOT use the prepaid label, she paid the return postage herself, so she should not have been charged the return label fee of $6.95.

@aliceQVC.  I specifically stated that I paid my own postage for the return

@KingstonsMom.  Thank you.   I don;t know why this is so hard for them and honestly I resent having to chase them around for my refund and the proper refund.  I am so discouraged with QVC

@Teddixat

I have only used their prepaid return label once and when I saw how long the return/credit took, I always pay my own postage since.

But 9 times out of 10, I still get charged for using the prepaid label and have to contact CS, provide my tracking # for the return and then get reimbursed.

Waaaay harder for your customers than it needs to be, IMHO.

@KingstonsMom.  The same thing happens to me.  I never use the prepaid label especiallyu for the lightweight items which I can returen for $4.00 and yes they still charge me. The people who receive the packages just are not doing their jobs properly and CS stinks to high heavens

@Teddixat

How many customers who do not use the prepaid label, get charged for it anyway and just don't notice?

Sounds like a nice profit to me, not necessarily incompetence in the returns dept.

It's been happening ever since they introduced the prepaid label, according to many, many posts here.

If that were caused by incompetent employees, they would have been gone long ago and the problem resolved.

Yet it continues.....
