WE ARE WORKING ON THE PROBLEM. Most companies do that so customers don’t waste their time thinking it’s a temporary glitch. It would be most appreciated when you’re having technical problems for an extended period of time.

They did that last time and someone posted an angry message about all the negative "I'm sorry" messaging.

 

They just can't seem to win.
