MODS - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE

for a credit for return to show up on my online account status?  Returned a jewelry item AND PAID UP FRONT. Return received 4/20 at Q.  On 4/24 my online account showed a credit of 72 cents.  Obviously I was charged for the return shipping. Called customer service on 4/24 they said yes the return shipping charge was an error and would credit my account.  

 

When can I expect to see this credit appear online for my account?
