MODERATOR - NEED HELP WITH MY ORDER

Moderator, need help with my order. My order # is & has been in process since 11/29/18 & nothing is happening. I ordered the same set at the same time & I received that order on 12/4/18 even though the EDD stated 12/12/18. Why is the 2nd order still in process? Thanks.
