Always Enjoy The Luminara Candles. Starting To Figure Out Q.V.C. Quality Control Has Nothing To Do With "Checking" Before They Are Mailed Out. Wondering If They Are Sent Directly From Luminara. I Have Messed Around With An Order Since Shortly After Christmas. Took Forever To Arrive. Once Opened It Was Scratched And Very Poor Quality. Sent It Back. Waited For Several Weeks For Another Replacement............Same Terrible Quality. When You Pay Over $40 For One Single Candle........You Expect It To Be Pretty Nice. Mailed Back Today Asking For A Complete Refund. QVC Plus LUMINARA Need To Step Up........Or Loose Another Good Customer. Thank's For Allowing Me To Vent.

Try eBay for Luminara - cheaper and I've  never had a problem.
