I placed an order for two Logo tops on 6/25.  Delivery was supposed to be 7/1 but tracking  says order was transferred to wrong post office and had to be transferred to the correct one.  It's now 7/10 and there are no further updates.  I believe my items are lost.  

item numbers A390095 ( 2 tops, different colors) . Please advise.  Thank you.

Very strange things are happening with shipping.  I had one totally disappear off of tracking for 10 days, then this morning it's suddenly in Phoenix.  Who knows if I'll ever get it?  I'm patiently waiting.  I did report this on the USPS website as a missing package.

I would agree with you that these items are lost. As we have no more in stock, I have processed a refund for both of them; 2 x $31.25 to the original method of payment. Current processing times for refunds is 3 to 5 business days.

I am still waiting for a pair of JAI earrings to be delivered.  It has been stuck at the main post office since 7/2 and no movement.  I keeping hoping it was missed and would be in my mail box but nothing yet.  I received the necklace reasonably fast but no earrings.  They are sold out so I can't even get another pair.

I’m having the same issue with my order! I ordered it on 6/29 and the last update was transferred to wrong post office. No update since 7/3. It’s very frustrating!
