Shopped With Q.V.C. For Many, Many Years. I Have Reached The End Of The Rope With Their Service (No Quality Control) I'm Almost Certain Products Are No Longer Shipped From Q.V.C. Between Very Slow Delivery, And Assorted Damaged Products. I'm Still Waiting For A Denim & Co. Top Ordered On May26...........Expected Delivery June5...........Today June 9 Still Don't Have It. 14 Days Come On People!

QVC is trying to improve, but if you are losing your patience, either stop ordering or loosen up.

I rarely order from QVC, but when I do I always assume that delivery will take awhile.  I would never completely trust QVC's EDD, but it usually doesn't matter to me if I get items quickly.

 

This is the way they are, so I think we just have to accept that, and either place a particular order or not, depending on how anxious we are for it to arrive.

Many people share your frustration.   I hope they get this fixed soon because many of us are shopping elsewhere.   Hopefully you'll get your order soon.

Hi, yes. I have shopped QVC for many years. Just this week, (within the last couple of days) They posted delays with shipping. I am having an issue with what has been happening. I investigated their tracking number with UPS.  I ordered my product over a week ago, and it's still sitting somewhere waiting to be picked up. They sent me an email stating that my item has shipped, But when I go to the order website, it shows that is waiting pickup. I wish that customer service would warn everyone when they call to place an order, that it is going to be delayed. I spoke to someone just about everyday, and not one person said anything about new procedures. They tell me theyre not sure whats going on.

Thankyou so  much for your response. I really want my new mattress, not sleeping well at all on my old one. Im worried about not being home when its delivered, as I live right on a state rd. very close to the road at that.

Hi, @Piper54 !  In my experience, NO, HSN is not having similar issues.  For example, I placed an order for a Clark’s Cloudstepper sandal with HSN on Saturday, it shipped Sunday.  The sandal was on both the HSN and QVC websites, same price but I was able to use a 20% off coupon on HSN.  

 

IMO, the Q would do well to take a page from HSN’s systems and operations knowledge.  I’ve never had a issue with a wonky web experience on HSN (I have on Q’s site), shipping is much faster, and I can cancel orders if necessary by midnight ET of the day the order is placed.
