I ordered the Lono Life individual bone broth packets. One of the packets was not sealed at the factory and all over the inside of shipping box. I want to send this back, there is no way I want to even try it if this is how they package there product. I looked at the packing order and there is no return label. It says I have to contact customer service so I emailed and am waiting for a reply. I even went on line to see if I looked up the order I could print a label there. This should not have been even offered as it was after the country was shutdown and QVC at this time has very limited customer service. Is anyone else having a problem like this? Thinking I need to stop ordering till QVC has a customer service department that is open. Can't they hire people to work from home and give the communtiy jobs???

I am sorry that you were dissatisfied with the bone broth. You do not have to return this item and I will go ahead and refund you now. Again my apologies!
