Well, I just became part of the "received someone else's order" club! I've seen people commenting about this for years, but this is the first time it happened to me. It was definitely interesting to get a package with my name on the outside but somebody else's on the packing slip inside, along with an item I never would have purchased. In this case, the item was a final clearance sale item, so it had no return label—but fortunately, a simple email to the Social Team got the situation resolved in no time, including a replacement order for the item I was supposed to receive.
@CAcableGirl2 - If this ever happens to you again, I highly recommend contacting the Social Team for help rather than standard customer service; they are absolutely the best in delivering quality service and have advanced options for situation resolution. Just send them an email at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com. (But I'll certainly hope you never have this issue again!)
