Live in Phoenix, missing your order?

Good morning everyone, if you are missing your Attitudes by Renee Petite Sweater Maxi Skirt in Black and live in Phoenix, I have your package.

I live in California and couldn't squeeze myself into a petite skirt if I tried!  Looks like the shipping labels were placed on the wrong packages.

Going to call customer service and let them know, but if you received my Barefoot Dreams cardigan, it's probably not going to fit.....

Received A663645

Re: Live in Phoenix, missing your order?

@CAcableGirl2 - Good luck trying to sort that out.  I had that happen once many years ago and was told to just trash the item I'd received.

At the moment, I'm waiting for something I ordered in October (advance order).  It was supposedly shipped on 11/05 and I was billed for it.  Still no sign of it and the tracking still says UPS hasn't received it yet.  CS gave me a refund, as there's no inventory left.

And I have an order of Just Bagels that didn't get shipped till Thursday.  Well, UPS doesn't deliver in my area on the weekend, so they're sitting in the warehouse until Monday; we usually get late afternoon deliveries.  Five days, instead of the 2-day shipping listed on the product page.  They did this once before and the bagels arrived already molding.  If they're not moldy this time, they'll likely be stale.  Woman Sad

Another order I placed on November 1st is currently in "backorder".

I think it's time to stop ordering anything until after the holiday season is over.

@CAcableGirl2  The person in Phoenix probably didn't receive your item.  It doesn't work that conveniently.  You need to call CS  and have your item reshipped if available, or a refund issued.  The last time I got someone else's xxs skort, I donated it.

@Venezia.  You need to contact CS  or the mods about your 11/5 order.  It's lost.  Maybe it can be reshipped.

Good luck with the rest.

Re: Live in Phoenix, missing your order?

@Kachina624 - I did contact them a few days ago.  They are unable to replace it because there is no inventory left.  They also could only see what I could see on the tracking information.

It's never been picked up by UPS.  All they could do was offer a refund.  There is another ship date for the (food) item in December, but given what's happened with this order, and that I wanted it for a Christmas gift, I'm not inclined to risk it.  I'll find something else.

Re: Live in Phoenix, missing your order?

I thought you were my hope!  NO, I am in California and missing my orrder because someone else received it and now I have to go through all the hassel of packing these Susan Graver paants for whoever ordered.  Of course there is nothing in the envelolpe to say whose pants these  are so I have to do an irritating call to CS....and I checked my blouse and they are out of my size!  This is the 2nd time this has happened to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Live in Phoenix, missing your order?

@grooms.  Usually in these cases, there an invoice with the intended recipient's name and address on it.  Nothing in yours?  I certainly wouldn't pay to return the wrongly shipped item back to QVC.  Request a return shipping label and request a USPS pick up on their website.  Minimal effort.  Contact the mods for a refund.

Re: Live in Phoenix, missing your order?

Well, my Just Bagels have finally arrived; five days in transit, 3 of them sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.  I'm about to open the box to see how well they survived!

Still no movement on my Philosophy TSV that's on backorder and I'm about to cancel it.  I have so much going on right now that I don't need the hassle.

Re: Live in Phoenix, missing your order?

@Kachina624 - Well, this is a hoot.  The bagels were stale; the bags were full of moisture and the crumb topping was a mess.  Heaven only knows what condtions they were kept in, in the UPS warehouse.

And the food item that seems to have gone missing?  Apparently, they've found it (I have my doubts) and keeping in mind it supposedly shipped on the 5th, this is the message they've added to the tracking today:

  1. 3:00 AM | Portland, OR

We were unable to dispatch the trailer on time. This may cause a delay. / Delivery will be delayed by one business day.

One day???  How about two weeks?  And it's expected to get delivered by the 27th!  I won't hold my breath, but it'll be tossed in the bin whatever, as I've been given a refund.  Same with the bagels.

I've resisted ordering any food item with the 15% off today.

Re: Live in Phoenix, missing your order?

@Venezia @Kachina624 @grooms   I called customer service, and they told me to ship the item back using the label and they wouldn't charge me for the return shipping (of the item that doesn't belong to me). Seriously?  And they would credit my account ONCE they received the package and she placed another order for the item since it was still in stock.

I got off the phone and wasn't too happy about that since who knows how long it was going to take to ship it back, and providing it did make it back to them, I was on the hook for the charge until they received the return package, so I called back and got another rep (Tammy), who told me that she would credit me for the item that day and to return the other item when I was able.  I cancelled the replacement.

So, the good news is that the package is now on it's way back to QVC, and I got emailed a discount code that I was able to use on a new order for the same item, so I ended up saving about $15.
