What happened to the live chat? I have an order that I have not received and shows never sent to shipping carrier that I need resolved. This day and time we shouldn't have to call. No time for that.
@lisare - I also have no problem using live chat; perhaps try a different browser to see if that helps? One other method you could try is emailing the social team (the group that moderates these forums and is trained to provide advanced customer service) with your order details: QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com
Live Chat NEVER works for me. I have tried with different browsers. My dd even has an Apple Ipad and it uses Safari. She can't get it to work either. I don't do ad blockers either.
