This is to any QVC Mods who are here reading our posts.
I've been trying to use, to do a Live Chat on and off today. It is not working.
Does anybody there know this? Has anybody reported this?
For any Moderator(s) who is here reading this, please get in touch with the IT Team to look into Live Chat so we who use it can move forward.
Please get Live Chatting working again! Thank you!!!

@PINKdogWOOD I'm so sorry, but the live chat option is curretly operational. Please try using a differenct browser and see if that helps. In addition, you can also use the live chat option on Facebook messenger. I can also verify that option is working.

@Wayne-QVC Thanks much Wayne for touching base. I am wondering though if I chat on FB messenger is it a private conversation (as private as it can be)? I wanted to ask about returns. ANyway, thanks again.

I can not use Chat anymore on Edge.
I have no problems when I switch to Firefox.
I agree with changing browsers.
Ever since a dumb Windows update on my computer, it hasn't worked.

I reported this a couple of days ago. It won't work with Chrome, Edge, Explorer for sure. I can get the chat window to appear in Explorer, fill out pertinent info and say start chat and then nothing! However, when I close the box the survey comes up. I refuse to believe the IT department for QVC cannot fix the interface. I do not use Facebook and have NO desire to establish an account to only talk to QVC.
It is inexcusable and declares to me that they just don't care if we are forced to waste OUR time to call on the phone.

After reading this, I went to see if my chat works on Edge and nothing even comes up when clicking on it. They really stinks. I did enroll with messenger chat and that does work.

I also reported this early this week. Moderator Wayne checked in here with me about this and said it may be my browser.
Here's what I did - I got into my settings and clicked on "more tools". I clicked on "clear browsing data" which encompassed history AND "cookies and other site data". Jumping through this hoop on my own laptop does NOT mean by any stretch that if you do this once the Live Chat here will work from that point forward. ALL this week I tried to do a live chat I had to clean this up on my laptop every time I attempted to use it.
After doing this I then came back here to "live chat" and it worked for me. I use google chrome, I'm not getting into using a different browser.
Yes, I agree the IT Tech Team here NEEDS to be the folks to fix this tech error. We who get on here should not need to be the ones to change our browsers just to make PROBLEMS here work for us.
Get this fixed IT TECH Team. This is annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Pecky Moderator Wayner early this week also wrote this to me too.
The problem with Messenger QVC on FB however DOES NOT allow you to chat with a private matter.
A private matter for me would be to get refunds processed for items the Florence NC warehouse gets and had for me on 4 items they had for 10+ days and still no refunds processed.
So while the messenger on fb may be working whatever you say there is out there for all the fb world to see.
