I also reported this early this week. Moderator Wayne checked in here with me about this and said it may be my browser.
Here's what I did - I got into my settings and clicked on "more tools". I clicked on "clear browsing data" which encompassed history AND "cookies and other site data". Jumping through this hoop on my own laptop does NOT mean by any stretch that if you do this once the Live Chat here will work from that point forward. ALL this week I tried to do a live chat I had to clean this up on my laptop every time I attempted to use it.
After doing this I then came back here to "live chat" and it worked for me. I use google chrome, I'm not getting into using a different browser.
Yes, I agree the IT Tech Team here NEEDS to be the folks to fix this tech error. We who get on here should not need to be the ones to change our browsers just to make PROBLEMS here work for us.
