@tropics21.  Re-read carefully.  Some of the older merchandise has seperate ITEM NUMBERS for petites, regulars, talls.  If this is the case, you can't exchange them as the stipulation is, they must all have the same item number.  Fortunately, there are not many of these.

Unfortunally for all of you you have to fight to get an exchange in this manner. It happened to me last year with a pair of boots. I ordered wide calf width and needed regualr. I sent them back and waited and waited and waited....eventually I saw a credit to my CC. I called and got the same different item order number story. I am sorry but this is WRONG!! And shady...and what QVC is turning into unfortunally!!
