Hi - I apologize I did not see her shirt this AM - I did a search for American Flag Shirt and only saw 2 both were Quacker Factory. I do not believe it is a QVC item. I would check with Leilani on her Facebook -https://www.facebook.com/leilani.learn she can tell you more about the shirt. ~Kim, Social Team
