I recently ordered the 7 bottle gift set to give to my co-workers for holiday grab bag this week. Today, when I went to wrap the items, I found that several of the bottles had opened up in transit, and leaked all over the others. It was a wet, smelly mess! The apple cider scent was completely empty.
I sealed up a few of the bottles so I would have something to give, but it's unacceptable that your quality control would allow this to happen. SEVERAL reviewers of the product online also had the same issue.
I am hoping someone can contact me for a refund.

Sounds like a problem with the company rather than QVC. Many items are shipped from the vender rather than from QVC. Your may get a quicker response by emailing QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.
