Le Creuset TSV 11-10-24 Backorder

Has anyone else received a letter from QVC, stating that the TSV Le Creuset sold on 11-10-24 in licorice K93051 has been put on backorder? I ordered mine approximately 10:45 AM on Sunday, and there were more than 600 left in that color at the time. The letter came this afternoon, 5 days after the purchase. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in QVC at this moment, and I intend to call customer service tonight. Just inquiring if there are any more customers out there in the same circumstances.

@JoePE. Calm down, it may simply be a matter of the color you ordered not yet having arrived. I've had this happen several times and my order has shipped in just a few days. QVC plans TSVs months in advance and sometimes there are unavoidable short shipping delays.

@JoePE I am sorry this happened to you! In today's world with computers and inventory and shipping management, this shouldn't happen. I do hope it gets straightened out really soon!

I ordered that TSV in Licorice too, a bit later in the day actually, during David's show. I received it yesterday and used it tonight. It is quite nice and quite a good value. I'm so sorry you are having that issue. Hopefully it will be sorted out quickly for you.
