Lack of Customer Service

I am really appalled by the lack of customer service...I have been trying to get information on two orders and have not been able to speak to anyone (other than waiting on the chat for one hour).  I understand that we are going through something horrific in the world but my comment is IF YOU CAN'T FULFILL THE ORDERS...DON'T TAKE THEM.

@Rav Redhead If I were that impatient I would not order anywhere now!!  People like you tie up those with real issues needing real CS help!!!
