@crawford5153  It Never works! I’ve tried several times over a period of time and ended up having to call customer service. I told them about non-working “Live Chat” and each time they apologized and said they would notify the IT department to get it fixed. Never happened.

That is ridiculous to have it and it not work.  They may as well remove it from the site.
