Kudos to Live Chat

I know there has been a lot of post about Customer Service or lack there of. But I wanna say Thank You to Denise on Live Chat for helping me. I purchased five Valerie Parr Hill angels a few days ago and since my purchase they went down in price so Denise refunded me my difference. And there was no wait on Live Chat.

I always have good luck with live chat.  They are great with doing price adjustments.
