 On 9/14  You said I was issued a credit for item A343358 that got lost in delivery.

 

I have yet to see it  posted on my account.What is taking so long?

Hi @MalteseMomma I am so  sorry Kim is not available, but I did check your orders. There were 2 orders for the same cardigan, one red one black different order numbers. The one ordered in red was refunded in full. Please check the order list for that order. I am so sorry I cannot share the order number with you here in th e community.

Yes ,it was the red one.Thank you  for replying . I don't see the refund on my Account but hopefull i will soon.
