Just wanted to say Thank You!

I want to say a huge THANK YOU, to all the customer care reps in this forum. I don't know how you do it but it seems that you are able to do more and help way more than when calling the CS line or doing a chat. I know that you guys take a good bit of slack when we are frustrated but I sure appreciate your patience and professionalism when doing your job to the best of your ability.

@Venezia. Totally agress, CS and moderators always do their best to help customers. They work for the compant and do not make the rules! They do their very best A sincere THANK you to each and everyone.

I agree! My experience with customer service has always been outstanding. 

From here, as well phone centers. Thank you, acknowledging this.

I’ll join the others to say thank you too. I’ve never had a bad experience with customer service and I’ve been with the Q since the beginning.
