Just got a call from Skype

Warning me about someone trying to do something with my computer. I just hung up--it was a recording. I don't even know what Skype is.

I would have hung up too.  I get so irritated with "spam" in all of it's different forms.

It's most likely a scam. As people have warned here over and over again, if you have caller ID and don't recognize the number, don't answer your phone. 

 

@halfpint1 I'm a bit confused. You've posted this in the "Customer Care" area. What action did you hope that someone at QVC would take? I very much doubt that it's something that they would've initiated. Perhaps the folks in the Electronic forum would be able provide you with more help?

I thought you had to have Skype installed or downloaded on your phone in order to get a Skype call. Has that changed?
