Just experienced a "new checkout"

I just checked the status of my Magic Bax Earring Lifters order.  Imagine my surprise to find an order for a 3' Brown Valerie Parr Hill Birch Tree in my status list.  I didn't order it.  Luckily, I was permitted to cancel the order, I suspect because payment method was shown as "Check," a payment option I have never used.    

Strive for respect instead of attention. It lasts longer.

That's scary. I have a habit of ordering online and not checking for a few days because I'm only looking to see when it went out. But, with all the mistakes, I'm going to start checking a much sooner to make. For the first time in my 30 plus years with QVC, I received the wrong item. Of course, with all the problems they are having with this site today, there is no way that I will order anything. That would be asking for trouble.
