I'll say.  When you start you're return the refund is started.  I return it via UPS.  I make sure it's boxed with a return label on it. The only down part is that they are very few UPS stores near me.  I have to go a ways out of my way.  I don't go to UPS drop off points.  I'd rather go directly to a UPS store.  It's shipped right away.

WOW 😯 that's a lot of $$$ for insurance.  

 

I'm still waiting for a resolution to my dispute.  QVC responded saying my dispute is invalid because they haven't received the item.  And they want a refund for one EZ payment of $205.  


There's no mention of receiving an empty box.  Or anything about the other 5 EZ payments.  


I submitted my UPS receipt & tracking info for proof.  


 


@brightblonde  Once they decide an outcome, there is no way you are going to change their mind. They have no insight and lack any reasoning. I would like to share my experience with you. No matter what I did, I even had them talk with my bank and that didn't resolve the issue..It never was resolved. I talked with 14 people and the finance office. I would just dispute the charge on your credit card..Again, this is a no win situation. I am sorry you are going through this but it is best to work with what you know will be a positive outcome.

@brightblonde @Going through this right now. My ring box arrived empty. Now I am fighting post office and QVC. Not looking good. I don't want to shop with them anymore after 30 plus years

This seems very suspicious on QVC's return department end. 2 of the posters had their jewelry received on 12/23/24 by QVC return dept and signed for by "Ford" and both boxes were reported as empty. I'm thinking maybe "Ford" gave family/friends jewelry for Christmas on the buyers' dime. QVC should definitely investigate this.

Rose429, I'm sorry this happened to you, too.  I hope you have good luck getting refunded.


DJs mom, it is suspicious.  QVC must be aware there's a problem.  Yet they're not doing anything about it.  But blaming their loyal customers ☹️

Definitely!   I'll give my business to local jewelers.  Or online retailers that honor their customers.

@brightblonde  My experience with this company when it comes to problem solving is very poor. For some reason, they can't seem to resolve issues that are beyond their realm. I am very sorry for your experience.

My dispute was finally resolved in my favor!  But QVC has removed my account.  

I created a new temporary account to post this update.  But it will be removed soon.  

This has been very disappointing but I hope somehow others can avoid this problem.

@Brightblonde2 So, in order to resolve the issue, you can no longer shop on QVC. That is quite a resolution. I am glad it worked out in your favor but does the punishment fit the crime!!
