How long does it usually take after QVC receives a returned item before the new item is shipped out? I've read there are problems with the SC warehouse sending orders in a timely fashion.

It generally takes 24 - 48 hours to send out for an exchange. I would be happy to take a look at an anticipated exchange if you would forward me the details to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

I hope you email the Q ID the moderator gave you. I quit asking for exchanges because they were never processed. Instead I got refunds. It worked out but I learned to not exchange on the return forms.

I usually return, then re-order rather than exchange, but the item went from 6 ez-pays to 5 ez-pays and I wanted to keep the original terms. QVC received the item 3/3/16 and still no word about shipping out the new item. I'll call CS in the morning if no change. QVC must be seriously understaffed in their warehouses as it takes a looong time for orders to actually leave the facility or returns to be processed.
