How long does it usually take after QVC receives a returned item before the new item is shipped out? I've read there are problems with the SC warehouse sending orders in a timely fashion.

It generally takes 24 - 48 hours to send out for an exchange. I would be happy to take a look at an anticipated exchange if you would forward me the details to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

I hope you email the Q ID the moderator gave you.   I quit asking for exchanges because they were never processed.  Instead I got refunds.  It worked out but I learned to not exchange on the return forms.

I usually return, then re-order rather than exchange, but the item went from 6 ez-pays to 5 ez-pays and I wanted to keep the original terms. QVC received the item 3/3/16 and still no word about shipping out the new item. I'll call CS in the morning if no change. QVC must be seriously understaffed in their warehouses as it takes a looong time for orders to actually leave the facility or returns to be processed.

After this order I think I'm done with QVC for a long time if not forever. Too much aggravation and most items can be found elsewhere.

Listen to CalmintheHeart. Despite multiple emails and calls, the order was refunded rather than exchanged. Because of the price of the item I can't even reorder as I get declined. So I'm out an item I really wanted and QVC lost a sale.
