Is there any way to get repairs on JAI jewelry

i have a substantial hinged cuff, and the “spring” - for lack of a better word,  broke.

my local jeweler cannot fix it

this was a $500 cuff. I hope it can be repaired

have you tried qvc customer service? maybe they have an address or a contact. you can call or you can email qvcsocialteam@qvc.com.
