I just had a live chat with an agent...he will forward my concern, big deal that is the pat answer...and he could not answer my question about the moderators.....if they are still available to assist with customer concerns!
Certainly not making any purchase with out reviews....I don't buy a lot anymore so it's not a huge issue for me but when I am interested in something I want to make an informed purchase.

@Mom2Dogs - If you want to get a moderator's attention, perhaps add "MODERATOR ASSISTANCE" or something like that to your thread title; right now, the title is fairly low key and doesn't immediately call out the fact that help is needed.

I just turned on and saw over $60 which looked like a flannel shirt. Who are they catering to--the rich.
