I have had the "Patricia Nash Leather Zip Top Tote"  Item # A352249 im my wish list.  However, I have noticed that there is a "No return or no exchange" condition listed on this item.

After a live chat with an agent, apparently this is a "BLOWOUT CLEARANCE" item.  

Is that in the description?  NO!

Is there a clearance/reduced price?  NO!  

I find that this is shady on QVC's part.  Their integrity is lacking and I don't care how old of a company they are.  

Buyer beware, and ask questions!!

The price so noted is not a great deal, i believe this bag was $249 when it first came out.

Thanks for the warning though, I sure wouldn't want to take a chance on an item that cost $200 and not be able to return it.

You're wrong It CLEARLY states on the item page "Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges", right under the title.

It's your own fault if you didn't read it, nothing shady on QVC's part.

Nothing shady...the Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges is clearly printed in red & the policy is explained under Important Details. I purchased lots of BLOWOUT items last year & this year...all were great buys. I always comparison shop, I never count on Q to have the best price.

I see what you are talking about.  However, the statement does not identify that THIS item is a blow out clearance item.

What it does say is: "QVC's Return Policy does not apply to Blowout Clearance Price items. QVC will only accept returns or exchanges for product defects or QVC errors. Call Customer Service at 888-345-5788 for such returns.

No where in the top description of the item (designer, item number, or even near the price of the hand bag does it mention that it is a "blowout clearance item"  It may have been $249 when it first came out, but why are other items on QVC, that are on sale, have original prices crossed out with a sale price also listed?

I would think that QVC would list it as such because they mention no return or no exchanges.  

QVC should add to the description at the top or next to the price for the item, indicating that it is Blowout Clearance when it also mentions no returns/exchanges.

When I read the statement at the bottom - I don't see that it is referring to this item. It's misleading in opinion

@TNsouthernbelle   Yes it is, right there on the item page:

"Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges"

It's even printed in red.  I'm not sure what else you need in order to know there are indeed no returns or exchanges.
