ITA!! I have tried to cancel an order not even 24 hours and it won't let me. Then it takes two weeks to get.

Fine if it takes 5 days to ship something but I notice that the estimated deliveries are never correct. I should have received a blouse according to their estimate yesterday and they just shipped it...probably will take many days more to receive.
If this is known that it takes 5 days to ship, then why the accelerated estimates of when the consumer will receive their orders?

Since I have not ordered anything from QVC in more than four years. What is the time frame for UPS express delivery, In other words, it was never a problem, items arrived on time.( I also am signed up for UPS choice).
When I have been tempted to purchase, I think twice before ordering from QVC.
I never ordered anything regular shipping,except ebay,but if express is offered that's what I perfer. This way I can assure someone's home.
95% of my shopping is my local B/M stores,which I perfer, but something I do see something on the Q that catches my eye (jewelry or handbags).

If these are still in process it will take longer than 5 days to receive it. Think about it!!

Just talked to L. in Customer Service. Told me my order was going thru normal processing. I asked him what normal processing was and he did not know.

I ordered 2 items on March 3. One shipped on the 6th and has been delivered to me already. One just shipped today, 5 days after the ordere was placed.
As an aside, I also placed 2 clothing orders from Evine on the same day and both just shipped yesterday.

I just emailed customer service to ask the same question! It used to take 3 days to "process" orders before they shipped. Now it's taking 4. I was told my items would ship tomorrow-friday March 9 when I placed the order on monday. the response was that the standard shipping time is 7-10 business days. My order won't arrive in that time when it has to go from coast to coast & with UPS only working mon-fridays. Just don't see why it takes so long. I also ordered shoes with expedited shipping-paid $14.00 to ship and they are still going to be late. UPS sortd the package wrong so it's taking another day to arrive. Seems like you can't win. How can Amazon ship everything so efficiently? I get orders within a week with standard delivery.
