Four days ago on 3/4 I placed an order for 3 clothing items.According to my status page these items are still in processing.Please explain what’s going on? Why haven’t my items shipped?

Nicksmom, I am in the midst of the same dilemma! I have orders that are sitting in processing for a week and have not shipped yet. If there is going to be such a delay, why does QVC make it impossible to cancel? I received a few clothing items today, but others are still processing. I’d love answers, as well. I hope your order ships soon!

Customer service has been horrible across the board. Wonder if this has anything to do with them taking over HSN?

It has been happening more and more. And, whenever I decide to cancel because it’s been processing for days, they don’t let you, they say they can’t while it’s processing!!!! It’s very annoying, so I’ve decided to not order too much anymore!

Same thing is happening to me. Cutting back on my purchases as well.

There is really no excuse for this & it’s very frustrating. Sunday evening I ordered a handbag from Zappos.It was delivered at 1:30 this afternoon!! That’s less than 2 days.Plus I got free shipping!! I don’t understand what the problem is!!

I ordered two tops on 3/4. The click here measurements weren't working and they weren't mentioned during the presentation. I know better than to order without checking, but I did. Next morning click here measurements are working. The tops probably aren't going to fit. Can't cancel and they haven't shipped. Now with the storm, I assume they won't ship for at least a couple days.

We are so very sorry for the inconvenience on the shipping. If the items are shipping from one of our warehouses it can take up to 5 days to ship. If items are shipping from a vendor it can take slightly longer. There also be other unforeseen to cause a delay in shipping.

QVC needs to figure out its logistics if it takes 5 days to ship from their own warehouses.

No question that ‘processing ’ takes a LOT longer and the ability to cancel is a LOT shorter.
Seems until item is shipped, or at least 24 hours before item is shipped we should have ability to cancel.
A nice profit must be made on the s&h.
