Item ordered is not the same as item received......

I ordered item # H297377 - Hookless Shower Curtain in the color Taupe. 

 

I opened the QVC package and the item I received is not the brand Hookless. 

 

It is the brand “EZ-ON” and in the color Desert Taupe? My QVC invoice says Hookless. 

Whats going on here? There is a sticker on the outside of the bag that the shower curtain is in that looks like a sticker from a store? 

 

Mods can can you help me with this one?

haha I ordered a pair of tights and got a Breezie bar.  Scratching my head on that one!

@wvumountiefan- If you google this (are they the same brand), it seems EZ-On is made by Hookless?

 

BUT this new addition to the line has gotten hammered in reviews on Amazon and Kohl's to name just two other sites.  Most think it's a cheap knock-off.  (And quite frankly, you could've gotten it for less at other sites.)

 

Not sure where that leaves you as far as return policy, but I don't see anywhere in the description where it says this is EZ-On and not the original Hookless brand.  I think the square "rings" at the top look odd and cheaper than the original round rings.  JMHO.

@Venezia  Thank you for the information! I know this may sound silly to some, but I want what I paid for and not a cheaper option made by the same brand. I have a Hookless shower curtain that I’ve had for probably 4 years and I love the easy way to switch the liners and the quality has been great. The only reason I ordered a new one was to switch up the color in my bathroom. 

Im kinda disappointed in QVC doing this. I’m hoping that one of the mods can help.

@wvumountiefan- I don't think it's silly at all.  You should get the brand you wanted and that you paid for.  Good luck with it.  I'm sure the mods will be able to help you.

 

(ETA:  If you look at sites like BB&B and Kohl's, they also sell the EZ-On type, but they specify that in the title and description.  At least then you know what you're buying.)
