Item never received & latest tracking status was "voided" on 12/30

I ordered a gift for my Mom for Christmas & the website said GUARANTEED delivery before 12/24/2022. Well it's now 01/02/23 and the item hasn't shown up yet. The order status says it was "shipped" on 12/16/22 but the tracking status now just shows that on 12/30/22 whatever status update had been entered has now been voided... what the heck is going on with QVC?!? If Amazon can give me minite-by-minute updates & deliver stuff to me in 2 days, why can't a company that's been doing this kind of thing for waaay longer get their act together & do the same?
Not even sure where to go to try to straighten this out - at this point I just want a full refund but can't find how to request that.

@Kel Enoch I understand! I've got a package that's "stuck" somewhere, but they don't know where. It happened last year, too. Guaranteed delivery seems to be more of a suggestion.🤷🏼‍♀️

I have Prime and in the past 3weeks, 3 items I ordered were delayed by a week so it is not just QVC.  Every few days  a new delivery date was being shown.

We also have Prime. An item that we order 11/6 has still not shown up. When I call no one seems to know much. I finally reported the incident to my CC and it has been removed from my bill.

BTW that whole guaranteed by Christmas is such a mess. I am sorry for your delay.

The Christmas delivery guarantee is never accurate. People should know that and realize that anything ordered from Q after Thanksgiving is at high risk of not showing up in time.

I would just call customer service, tell them what happened and ask for a refund. I have always had very good outcomes when I contact CS. They are very accommodating and patient if you need a problem fixed.

@Kel Enoch This is your first post. I just called QVC customer service about a return that hasn't been credited. I am assuming it got lost in the hussle of the holidays.  They took care of the credit immediately. I would always try that first.
