I ordered an item with an extra $20 shipping to make sure it got here by the 18th but it stayed "In Process" until yesterday, the day it was supposed to get here. I worked from home so I'd receive the package (I had no idea if it required a signature but the phone I ordered was urgent as I'm out of town now) and waited all day, and finally in the evening it gives me a tracking number and it shipped the day it was actually supposed to get here.
Will I be refunded the shipping cost? This has been a nightmare situation, as I lost wages working at home just to wait for nothing at all. I tried my best to get this phone before I left, but now I'm stuck on the road with a phone that can't dial out.
