I have lost the cooking directions for this product.  Can someone please help me!

I'm not sure why these would be any different than any other crab cake but I would thaw in frig.

 

Heat pan on med/high, add 2-3T butter and fry.  I would brown the first side, don't let your butter burn, turn and heat through the 2nd side.

 

The crab is already cooked, you are basically browning each side and getting the centers hot.

 

Some serve with tartar sauce, mix 2 T mayo with 1 large T of drained  dill relish, add a squeeze of lemon juice.
