I reported a lost order to CS by phone a few days ago and the CSRep issued me a refund, but I do not see it posted anywhere in my acct .
I do not want to reorder this item.
Can someone check it out for me?

The item says delivered but it was not delivered to me. I do not even live in the town it was delivered to......lol

@MalteseMomma the email stated a refund was issued yesterday and shows to be in the Audit process here, it will be released to the credit card very soon. ~Kim
