I've had problems with both Safari and Chrome. It doesn't matter if I'm using a laptop or tablet, wifi or cell phone hot spot. Clearing the cache makes no difference. It's an equal opportunity mess!

I can't sign in tonight with safari...tried clearing cache and history.  I finally tried the DuckDuckGo browser and was able to sign in with that.  DW
