@SahmIam I'm so sorry for any confusion, but the items are different. Item number H208270 has a Vanilla scent and item number H210510 is  unscented. I hope this information is helpful.

Hi Wayne.

 

I spoke in length with a CS rep (the first one hung up on me) and the videos state that the Ivory is unscented but the others are not. The videos and pictures are all the same for both items. In the end, she honored the Easy Pays for the unscented and sent a note to the IT department about the videos.
